Adding a Contact Record

The easiest way to add a contact record is to click the "+" icon at the top right of your screen.

Select the red Contact icon.

Add in the required details, and select "Ok and Edit" to open the new record.

Once you have the contact record open like so, you can input more detail. The second way to add a contact record is from the Company record itself.

From the Company record find the Contacts section.

Click the green "+" icon to add a new contact.

Add in the necessary details (you can always go back later to add more). Click Ok to get back to the Company record screen.

Now you can refresh the contacts list to see the new add.

The last way to add a contact is while you have the company record open. Click the "+" icon.

Select the record contact icon.

You will notice by creating the contact record while on the Yellowstone National Company screen, it already associated Mary Martin with that company (saving you time).

Save all changes!
