Navigate to [https://gms.idonate.com/dashboard?dash=indicators](https://gms.idonate.com/dashboard?dash=indicators)

Locate your published giving form, and click the grey edit pencil.

Navigate to the "Secondary" tab of your giving form.

Scroll down and locate the Designation section. You may use the Custom Designation Label to add a custom field to your embed for donors to designate their gift.

Type to label the custom designation field.

Choose the location of your custom designation field.

Choose whether or not you'd like the custom designation field to be required.
