### **Step 1: Access the Hana Dashboard** Navigate to [**Hana POS**](https://hanafloralpos3.com/Dashboard/Hana) and log in.

### **Step 2: Open Customer Management** Click the **Customers Icon** from the left menu.

### **Step 3: Create a New Customer** Click **"New Customer"** to open the customer entry form.

### **Step 4: Enter Customer Details** Fill in the required fields: - **Customer Name** - **Email Address** - **Phone Number** Additional details like address and preferences can also be added.

### **Step 5: Save the Customer Profile** Click **"Add New Customer"** to finalize the entry.
