Click into 'Rounds' and select the round you would like to edit.

Setting a Location

Once the round is open, click the top right three dots and 'Set location for round'.

You can then start typing the address and click the blue writing to pin on the map.\ You will likely need to zoom in to find the location.\ Once located we would recommend **clicking** **onto** **the** **road** **just** **outside** **the** **house** rather than on the roof since the optimised drive will use the roads to plan the journey. \ You can then click 'Pin Here'.

This can then be used for optimised drive and it will put the jobs in order of distance once you have chosen a start and end point.

Setting a Frequency

Click into the top right three dots again and select 'Set frequency for round'.

Here you can adjust the schedule to suit, then click 'Done'.

Please be aware that this will **replace the existing schedule for all jobs on this round**, so this adjustment may not be for everyone.
