Adding a Name for In-School Sales

Learn how to manually register a student in the sales database by inputting their contact information and identification details. See, too, that this single entry means this person is now part of your school's Name List.

7 steps

Click "Sales"

Click "Add Name"

Add first, last, grade (and we highly recommend a student ID number, though it's not mandatory.

Click "Save and Close". Your name is now in your list and you can select that person to record a sale for them.

This name will also have populated in your Name List. Click "Name List"

Search for the name you just entered.

You'll see that record in the Name List.
