Should the supplier hold an ABN, enable the "ABN Holder" toggle.

Once enabled, the "ABN", "Trading Name", and "Accounts Emails" fields will become visible.

After inputting data into the "ABN" field, theBOSSapp will attempt to auto-populate the "Name" field using publicly available information associated with the given ABN. Manual input is also available for the "Name" field.

If you prefer to display a name different from the one associated with the ABN, utilise the "Trading Name" field.

Enter the supplier's primary email address(es) in the "Contact Email/s" field. These will be the primary recipient(s) of general notifications.

Enter the supplier's accounts email address(es) in the "Accounts Email/s" field. These will be the recipient(s) of account-related notifications.

Should you select a "Supplier Type" that necessitates specific insurances, the supplier will be obligated to upload proof of these insurances when completing their Supplier Form.

These are designated in the "Required Insurances" section at the bottom of the form.

If you have "Have Suppliers Sign Up Themselves" enabled in your Organisation's General settings.
If you have selected for clients to sign up themselves, they will now be sent their sign up form.
