Click "Copy link"

Make sure the General Access is set to Public to allow anyone with the link to view the PDF.

Virtual Venue - Linking PDF to the Landing Page

Go to Software Settings &gt; Landing Page Builder

Choose *free form* for the type, and give the content block a title/header.

Select the following: whether you'd like to show/hide the content block on the page, whether you'd like to show the title, and a background color

Once your new content area is created, hover over the text box area and click on the Quick Insert (+) button.

Select *brand shadow button* (third option). This will populate the fields below.

Paste your link and add the text you'd like to display on the button.

When finished, click *save.*

"Click here!" is now a clickable link on your Landing Page. It will open the linked PDF in a new browser window.

Go to Software Settings &gt; Landing page content in your admin and find any section you want to add the link to and click the "Insert Link" button

CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS

1. Go to Event Central > Butler or type cbo.io/butler in your browser and log in with your

user email and password.

2. Under Bidder Lookup, type the bidder’s first name, last name, or bidder number, or

update your search filters to search by something else.

3. When you find the name, click on it. Or click the green Check Bidder In? button if all

their information appears to be correct on the screen

4. If information needs to be adjusted, click the edit icon by the bidder's name to make

updates. Then click the Complete button to check them in using this method.
