Click "settings" for the user that you want to assign a pin to. \
This assumes you have already invited a user.

Choose a pin.\
This must be a unique numeric or alphanumeric pin, not used by any other user.

You must have at least one role selected for the Console that gives access to manage bookings. 

Before the console will start challenging the user to enter a pin, pin mode must be enabled on the device they will be interacting with.
