Hover over "People"  in the admin menu on the right-hand side. Click "Add user"

Add the email address of the person you want to give editing access . This must be in the format: \[CRSid\]@cam.ac.uk. For example, abc123@cam.ac.uk.

In the Username field, enter the person's CRSid. For example, "abc123".

Please create a strong password using at least 16 characters. You won't need to use it as you sign in to the site with your University IT account (formerly Raven).

Choose a role: either Editor or Site Admin. 

Site Admins can create and edit pages, and add new users. 

Editors can only create and edit pages. 

Click "Create new account".

The new editor or site admin can now sign in to the website by going to yourdomain.cam.ac.uk/user. For example, [www.eng.cam.ac.uk/user](https://www.eng.cam.ac.uk/).  

They will see a redirect asking them to sign in with their University IT account.
