Tip! Managing user requires the correct permissions within your organisation, not all users will have access to these functions.

Navigate to [https://admin.datanest.earth/](https://admin.entuitive.co.nz/) You can use your BMIS username, password & Authenticator code if required.

Tip! The Datanest Admin login page can also accessed by clicking the link shown below.

Here you can see a list of all users in your company. To add a user click "Add Logon for this Customer"

Firstly, choose their access type. There are four options:

- Regular User (Services only) = Access to BMIS only
- Management / User (Admin + Services) = Access to Datanest Admin + BMIS
- BMIS Read Only = Read Only access to BMIS
- BMIS Limited Access User (Group User) = BMIS Access only to specific groups (Read/Write)
- BMIS Limited Access User (Group view only) + BMIS Read-only Access to specific groups (Read Only)

Select which modules you wish for the user to access. Module options are based on your company subscription.

Enter a display name and a "Login & Email" for the user.

If you have multiple Datanest Software Subscriptions you can choose which products the user can access here. 

Next add any contact information and address information for the user. This information is optional.

You will see your user added to the list. You can press the pencil icon to edit the user detail or the trash can to delete a user.
