Locate the "Add File" button under the **Agenda** column.

*If you've already uploaded an agenda, this button won't be visible. You'll need to remove the existing agenda first by clicking the trashcan icon*

"Add File" is not visible because an Agenda is already added to the meeting. So let's delete it and add a new/updated Agenda!

Click "Remove" to remove the file from the Meeting.

Click "Add File" to add the Updated/New file to the Board Meeting.

Find and select the new Board Meeting file in your Content Library. Double-click "Updated Board Agenda.pdf"

To add "Supporting Documents" click the pencil icon.

Click the pencil icon next to the new file.

After selecting as many files as necessary and changing to the appropriate names, click "Save and close."
