In your dashboard, head to 'custom forms' and select 'create new form'. Alternatively, if you already have a form created, you can simply go into that form.

Create your form name and add the relevant services and click 'create'.

In this example, I will be adding specific terms & conditions to 'weddings'. So I will be adding the 'Select' widget. In this widget I can put different choices for the customer to choose from.

Add the title/question in label. In my example, I am asking the customer to select the 'Event Type'

Now I will then add my dynamic t&cs link. Using the 'link' widget. 

*Remember, this is just an example to show you have the dynamic conditions work, you can choose whatever is relevant to your business.*

Here is where I add my wedding terms & conditions. 

Now, in this example, I want to show these terms when a customer selects their event type as 'Wedding'.

Select the field you would like the dynamic field to be based on. So in this example, I will select 'Event Type' because I want to show my links when a customer selects 'Wedding' in the event type section.

Here you can choose what you want to show/hide based on the field you selected in the 'condition' field.

In my example, I want to 'show' the 'Wedding Terms'

Once you have finished your full form, click 'SAVE FORM'. Now, when you view your custom form, your dynamic fields should be live.
