This can be done from Once Mobile or from the order editor within Once Track.   This guide assumes you already have created a new quote and you have entered the sizes and product details. Adding a fixed extra cost to the whole Quote

When you have created your quote, click "Review" tab

You can enter additional cost into this box and they will be included in your total

Click "Complete" to see how this looks on the quote

Ensure the "Include each item price" is NOT ticked then click to view the quote

On the quote you can see the total price includes the additional cost.

Adding a fixed extra cost to a single item

To add fixed extra costs to a single item, in the product tab of the item you wish to increase, click on the calculator icon

This window will open, in the discount box ensure the "£" is selected in dark blue

In the discount box enter the value you want to add as a negative number.  For example to add £50 enter -50

Do not worry about the -54.3% this is just telling you that -50 is the same as -54.3% for this item.

Tip! The reason the values are negative is because we are using a feature that is design for discounting.  By entering a negative discount we can use this feature to increase prices.

As you can see it has now increase the price by £50.  When you are happy with the item price click OK

To see how this shows on the quote click on the review tab.

This view if your view which will show the negative discount.  But you can see the final item price is correct.

If you want to show the individual item prices, select this tick box

Ensure that the "Show item discounts" is NOT selected.  Click on View Quote.

As you can see the £50 additional cost is included in the item price on the quote,
