To upload an IVR greeting sound file, go to 'System' and select 'Sound Files'.

Click "Search for Files" and search for "g"

To upload a new IVR greeting, Click "Upload"

Select a greeting file from your computer. File name must start with 'greeting-(Filename)' prefix. Click Open.

Your uploaded sound file should be displayed there. If it is not being displayed, Select 'g' letter from the alphabet navigation bar.

To change the IVR greeting, navigate to IVR. Click on the IVR that you want to Edit.

Under the greeting dropdown menu, select the new preferred IVR greeting that you just recently uploaded to change the IVR greeting.
