In this presentation, I’ll walk you through the steps of **adding students to your approved positions** the Co-Curricular Record (CCR).

Visit the [CCR Portal](https://myccr.ucsd.edu/myAccount/myrecord.htm) and select the "**Faculty & Staff**" dropdown, then log in using your Active Directory SSO credentials.

Once logged in, navigate to the '**Co-Curricular Module**'.

Click **'Validator for the Following Activities'.**

Click the **position title** you'd like to add students to.

Click the **three-dot button** in the lower right of your screen.

Select **'Add Position to Student Record'.**

You can add student participants one-by-one by searching their name in the upper "**User Look-Up**" field.

You can mass enroll student participants by entering a list of PIDs in the lower "**User to add**" field (must be on separate lines).

Select whether you'd like to automatically **Approve** student participation by adding them (thus allowing the position to appear on their transcript), or if you'd like the status to remain **Pending** for you to approve once the 30-hour engagement requirement has been met.

Remember to select the right toggle to "**Email newly added student participants**" so they're informed of their position status.

**Important Note: Students must have logged into the [CCR Portal](https://myccr.ucsd.edu/myAccount/myrecord.htm) with their SSO credentials before they can be added to a position.**
