Adding students to MedLearn at system level

Once your programme and modules are set up, students will first need to be added to the MedLearn at the system level before they can be added to the programme and modules.

Navigate to the correct instance of MedLearn that you are supporting.

Go to **Admin menu.**

Select **User Management**.

Click "Bulk Import Users (CSV)"

Use the **CSV template** completing the columns as detailed in the template. \ Click "**Choose a file**" and find the **CSV** with your student details.

Click **Upload**.

Once students have been added you can check it worked by searching for a student in **User Search** at the top of the page.

Click the "**User Search**" field.
