Adding the Programme Code to MedLearn system

As part of the student enrolment process in MedLearn, you should check that the Programme Code (same as in Banner, can be provided by programme administrators) is associated with the programme.

Navigate to the correct instance of MedLearn that you are supporting

Click "Admin"

Click "Network Admin"

In 'Departments' tab, find the appropriate department and click "Course Codes"

If your programme code is not already listed, click "Add new course"

In the following page provide Course Code and Course Name. Make sure the course name is the same as existing course name (as seen Programme Admin) and this way the course code will be added to the existing programme. Click "Create new course" when finished.
