In your account, navigate to "Audiences"

In this view, select the list you'd like to edit or add a contact to.

Click "Add Contact" if you're looking to add an individual contact and complete the required fields.

Click "Add Contact" to save the information.

If you're looking to add more than one contact, click "Import" to add contacts as a CSV file and follow the import process.
