Click the "Alerts" icon from the left hand menu.

You can toggle on or off all alerts. Note this is at a user level so will only affect you and not other users on your business account.

Then select which notifications you want to recieve by email and or Slack ([subject to this Slack integration being complete](//upzelo.com/support/getting-started/connecting-slack)).
