All your users will appear in the "User Management" window, shown below.

Click the "Add new user" button

Enter in the required fields, as shown below and then click "next"

Ensure you have selected the required security permissions

Select a role(s) for this user, shown in the dropdown list below and click "next"

Tip! Roles are created by MOHR administrators, if you require a new role please contact your customer success specialist. Similarly, do not alter the toggle "Does this user require additional permissions" to Yes to adjust permission settings as these have been tightly set up to promote best security practice.

Permissions can control:

- access to modules
- access to varying levels of detail in reports
- access to onsite diaries
- ability to request and approve offsite appointments
- setting the user as an email recipient for treatment reports, appointment confirmation emails, completed reports or missed appointment notifications.

Next select the organisational units this new user is allowed to view. Once confirmed click the "create" button. A registration email will be sent out to the new user

Alert! Assigning to the correct org units, is key to avoid data breaches. If a user has access to all organisation units select all, if they are only allowed access to a particular sub-unit say for example "South Melbourne" click this sub-unit. Ensure you check what has been selected before clicking "create".

Once your new user is created they will appear in the "User management" window.

If a user is pending and has not completed their registration, the below button will appear. Where you can resend an activation email to them

Tip! Hovering over each button under the "Status/Actions" column will provide you with insights to each user. 

The green lock means the user is active

The red lock means the user is currently locked out

The orange clock means the user is pending activating their account.
