Navigate to [login.myocchealthrecord.com/](http://login.myocchealthrecord.com/)

Click on "Admin Centre" module from the side menu to start. Then click the "Sites" tab. To add a site click the "Add site" button

Tip! You no longer need to create sites under the "Organisational units" tab. All sites are to be created through the below steps

You will need to fill in the below fields

Tip! The address field will auto generate the address as you type. Ensure you select the correct address from the list

Tip!  If you cannot find your address, click the below box to add it in manually. Once completed click "create"

If you need to edit or archive a site, follow the below actions
