In the "SMTP Server" field enter in the address that hosts your server i.e smtp.office365.com

Click the "SMTP Port" field and enter in the port number that is on your email account.

Click the "SMTP Username" field and enter the email address that is used for logging in to your email portal.

Click the "SMTP Password and enter in the correct password for logging into your account.

Click the "Sending Email Address" field and enter the email address that will be used to send the emails.

Click "Authentiation Required?" if your email account is set up with Multi-factor authentication.

Click "Enable Ssl?" Enable this if your property is using SSL on the SMTP server.

Click "Update Settings" to save your changes.

You can then test that the details you have entered are correct by entering in your email address in the "Send a Test Email to". If the details are correct you will receive a test connection email to your email address this then means it is all successful.
