Tip! If your agency uses Oncore's funding, this report can be run to view all invoices that have been paid and will appear as part of your drawdown payments for the specified period. It shows granular information about the margin associated with the invoice as well as when the payment was received. Through this report, you can undertake a reconciliation of drawdown payments and look at the breakdown of your margin.

Enter your "User Name" and "Password" into the applicable fields and click "Login".

Select the time period paremeters for the report by clicking on the calendar icon next to "Invoices From" and "Invoices To".

IMPORTANT: To reconcile the payment received into your bank account, please input a Thursday date in the "From" and the following Wednesday date in the "To".

Once you have selected the period, the report will capture all invoices **paid** between the dates entered.

The report can be filtered by "Debtors" or you can run the report for "All Debtors".

These are your clients.

If you want to run the report specifically to view margins and invoices at a particular client, click in the "For Debtor" drop down field and select the relevant client.

Tip! When the report runs, it provides invoice number and contractor name information. However, it doesn't provide the client name. The report in full is great to see paid invoices, but can be better run by "Debtor" to get granular drawdown and margin reporting per client.

You can run the "Agency Drawdown" report in three different formats; PDF, Excel (Formatted) and Excel (Unformatted).

Tip! Excel (Unformatted) is a great option if you want to manipulate the data; but PDF or Excel (Formatted) gives you clear and formatted information relating to drawdowns.

Click the relevant button to export in your desired format.

The report in your preferred format will automatically download and save to your "Downloads" folder. You can access this from here.
