Tip! Run this report if you want granular information relating to all of your workers and their contracts - client, job title, rates, contact information, location, timesheet approvers and invoicing information.

This report can be run to quickly view contracts that might be ending soon, or filtered to look for workers at particular clients.

Navigate to [https://ecm.oncoreservices.com](https://ecm.oncoreservices.com/pages/ApproverSummary.aspx)

Enter your "User Name" and "Password" into the applicable fields and click "Login".

Click this dropdown to view your "Restrict To" options.

Active Contracts
Contracts due to Expire
Contracts By Start Date
Contracts By End Date

Tip! Different restrictions will help you tailor the report for multiple purposes.

"Contracts due to Expire" is a great restriction to use if you're looking to keep on top of offboarding or contract renewals.

You have a variety of "Restrict To" options that will apply particular filters to the data on the "Contract Register" report.

Restricting to "Active Contracts" will ensure that the report only shows you the details of active contracts at the date of running the report. 

"Contracts due to Expire" will provide you with the ability to filter for contracts that are due to expire in the following number of days.

"Contracts By Start Date" will let you search for a particular date range and will show only contracts starting during this time.

"Contracts By End Date" will let you search for a particular date range and will show only contracts ending during this time.

Tip! If selecting the "Active Contracts" option, you will not need to input any further information or parameters into the report and can skip to step 10.

If selecting the "Contracts due to Expire" option, you will need to input a number in a "Days until Expiry" field. This is preset to 7, but you could enter 14 to see all contracts expiring in the next 2 weeks.

If selecting the option "Contracts By Start Date" or "Contracts By End Date" you will need to input "Date From" and "Date To" parameters.

Do this by clicking the "Calendar" icon next to "Date From" and "Date To" fields.

The "Emp Company" field will be automatically set to "All Companies". You do not need to change this.

By clicking the "Show Details?" check box, this will provide you with a much more comprehensive report.

If the box is unchecked, 15 fields are surfaced (name, contract start and end, rates and payment terms).

If the box is checked, 34 fields are surfaced including full details of timesheet approvers, billing contacts, fee breakdown etc.

The report in your preferred format will automatically download and save to your "Downloads" folder. You can access this from here.
