The report provides granular invoice information such as invoice numbers, worker information, due date, paid date, payroll components and invoice totals.

As the report also provides an "Agency Contact" column, it's a fantastic report to use if you're looking to calculate consultant commissions (in the event that they apply to invoice revenue generated from workers placed).

Enter your "User Name" and "Password" into the applicable fields and click "Login".

On this page, you will need to set the parameters for "Date From" and "Date To".

This is in reference to the date that the **invoices have been raised**, not the period of work that's been completed.

Invoices can only be raised once an approved timesheet for the period has been received.

The report in your preferred format will automatically download and save to your "Downloads" folder. You can access this from here.

Once opened, you can see that the report has a variety of columns with various invoice information surfaced.

Tip! As the report runs in an Excel format, the data in the report can be filtered or manipulated in line with ant standard Excel report.

You can use the filtering mechanism in Excel to look specifically at invoices for certain clients ("Debtor" heading) workers ("Contractor" heading) or a number of other options.
