Tip! Run this report if you want granular information relating to all timesheets that have been approved for your workers.

This report shows dates timesheets have been approved, who they have been approved by, and the financial values associated with the timesheet period. Other items such as billing and project references or timesheet notes are also displayed in this report.

This can make it a very valuable report if you're looking at financial values of time split against particular clients or projects.

Enter your "User Name" and "Password" into the applicable fields and click "Login".

You have two options for selection in the "Restrict By" field. This will change the parameters under which the report is run.

Access them by clicking here.

You can choose to "Restrict By" the following two options.

"Approved Date" will show you all timesheets that were **approved** during the period. 

"Period Date" will show you all approved timesheets **specific** to the period.

Tip! If you are restricting by "Period Date", make sure that you align the "Date From" and "Date To" fields with the relevant start and end dates of the timesheet period.

For example, if workers submit timesheets from Monday - Sunday, ensure that the "Date From" date is a Monday and the "Date To" date is a Sunday.

Select the time period paremeters for the report by clicking on the calendar icon next to "Date From" and "Date To".

If you want to filter the report by a specific client, you can select the relevant one from the "Billing Company" drop down.

"All Billing Companies" will provide a report that covers all approved timesheets at all clients.

The "Only Timesheets Approved by Me" field can be selected if you are a timesheet approver and want to pull data specific to timesheets approved by you.

Generally, you will leave this field unselected.

As it is unlikely that this will be functionality relevant to your agency.

You can run the Excel Report as both Formatted and Unformatted by clicking on the relevant buttons.

Tip! Running the Formatted Excel report is a better experience visually if you are just trying to view or filter data simply.

Running the Unformatted Excel report is easier for more complicated data manipulation, as it strips back merged cells, so is simpler to reformat or overlay with pivot tables and Excel formulas.

The report in your preferred format will automatically download and save to your "Downloads" folder. You can access this from here.
