Tip! Run this report if you want information on workers who have not yet submitted their timesheets, or who have had their timesheets rejected by your client.

You might use this report to see which workers might be at risk of missing their pay, or to see whether you have any workers who haven't submitted their timesheets for an extended period of time.

Enter your "User Name" and "Password" into the applicable fields and click "Login".

Tip! Workers who submit weekly timesheets (Monday - Sunday) are "due" to submit their time by midday on the Monday following the end of their timesheet period.

Any timesheet that's not submitted before this time will be considered "overdue" and will appear in this report.

You can click this drop down to select to run the report for a specific "Billing Company" (this is the client that the worker is performing work for) or can select to run the report for "All Billing Companies".

In this example, we are only searching "Overdue Timesheets" for "Picasso Limited". You can make selections in the below fields to tailor the data in the report.

"Show rejected Timesheets" will ensure that when you run the report that it only captures timesheets that have a "Rejected" status. This means that a nominated timesheet approver at the client has "Rejected" the submitted time.

"Show only oldest missing timesheet per contractor" will ensure that when you run the report that it only captures the oldest timesheet that's not submitted. This will not capture all overdue time for the worker.

"Show default contact info" will ensure that when you run the report, contact information for the worker is provided. This will help you if you want to follow up with the worker directly.

Tip! For every day that a worker timesheet is overdue, Oncore will automatically send a follow up email to the primary address on file. This is to remind the worker to submit their outstanding time.

You can run the "Overdue Timesheets" report in three different formats; PDF, Excel (Formatted) and Excel (Unformatted).

Tip! Excel (Unformatted) is a great option if you want to manipulate the data; but PDF gives you clear and formatted information relating to the overdue time.
