Type in the name of the workspace you chose for CloudMonitor App. In this example it's called "My CloudMonitor App"

On the workspace page click "Manage access"

Type in the name of the Service Principal you created for CloudMonitor.

Tip: To get the name of your Service Principal refer the article below.

Select the Service Principal you created earlier for CloudMonitor. To know you're choosing the correct SP from the list make sure that AppID is correct.

Select "Contributor" from the list of roles.

Make sure that "Allow service principals to use Power BI APIs" is enabled under the "Developer settings" in your "Admin Portal" settings.

You must be a global admin or Power BI service admin to access the Power BI admin portal.

"Allow service principals to use Power BI APIs" should be enabled as shown below.
