Log in to Workday, then select "Academics" from the "Your Top Apps" section.

Click on the "Apply for Program Completion" Link

The value in the "Name" field will be the name that is printed on your diploma. Workday will select your preferred name by default. If you'd like something other than your preferred name, click the option icon in the name field.

Select from the list of options. \

If the name you want printed on your diploma is not an option, you will need to exit the Program Completion Application and complete the "Change My Preferred Name" task to edit your preferred name. Once you've completed the "Change My Preferred Name" task, you can restart the Program Completion Application.

Select the "Program of Study" you are completing.

If you are a joing degree student, you must complete this process for each program of study.

Review the Expected Completion Date.\

If your graduation date is inaccurate, please contact [lawregistrar@wfu.edu](mailto:lawregistrar@wfu.edu) and let them know of the issue.

Click the "Submit" button to submit your Program Completion Application.

Click the "Done" button to close this task. You will be returned to your Academics App.\

NOTE: There are additional tasks to complete.

In your inbox, you will have a new task: Update Diploma Mailing Address. Click on the task under "All Items", then click on the "Change My Home Contact Information" button.

You need to select an address where your diploma will be mailed. Review the addresses that you have on file. If one of the addresses is one where you'd like the diploma sent, click on the edit icon for that address.\

If you need to add a new address, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select the "Add Address" button.

If you are editing an existing address, scroll down to the "Usage" field, and add the usage type of "Diploma Mailing (Student)".\

If you are adding a new address, for the "Usage" field, add the usage type of "Diploma Mailing (Student)".

Click the Submit button to submit the change of address usage type.

You will be returned to your inbox. On the Update Diploma Mailing Address Item, select "Submit" to indicate you have completed the to-do item.

After completing the previous task, you should immediately get a new task in your inbox: Review Permanent Address. Select this task, then click the "Change My Home Contact Information" button.

Please review this address. If you need to make changes, select the edit icon (pencil) to change the address. Once everything is accurate, click the Submit button.

You will be returned to your inbox. On the Review Permanent Mailing Address Item, select "Submit" to indicate you have completed the to-do item.
