Tip! While anyone can add most Discount Groups at the inital point of enrollment, only staff with Discount Group approval permissions will be able to approve a Discount Group for it to apply to future payments.

Review the list of Expiring Discount Groups on a weekly basis to spot any that have yet to be approved or are coming up for review.

**Flexible Pricing Discount Groups:** Approved by Central Membership Team

**Employee Discount Groups:** Approved by Association Admin/HR

**All other Discount Groups:** Approved by Local Sales Directors

In Dakxo Operations, navigate to All Reports &gt; "Expiring Discount Groups."

1. Select your branch.
2. If you are responsible for approving only certain types of Discount Groups, you can filter to those in "Discount Groups," otherwise leave this set to "all."
3. Change "Status" to "Pending" to see any Discount Groups waiting for approval.
4. Leave "From" set to the current month.
5. Change "To" to next month.
6. Click "VIEW."

Open the billing information for the individual you are ready to approve by clicking on their hyperlinked name.

Click the check mark to approve this pending Discount Group/Promo Code.

See that the "Pending" tag is now gone. In this case, the Discount Group simply waived the joiner fee for this returning member, so will not apply to future payments. However, if this was a Military Discount Group, for instance, it would now be approved to adjust future dues for this member.
