As a new user, the admin needs to give you approval. Sign out

Enter your admin user and password and sign in. If you are not sure, the first email you used when you created the fflow account has admin permissions.

Select "Team member", "Manager", or "Admin" from the dropdown. Next time the new user logs in, they will have permissions for that role.
