If you no longer hold a particular substance in your inventory, you can archive an SDS. To do so, on the SDS repository page in the portfolio overview, click the arrow under the 'Action' field.

Confirm the action by clicking "Delete" or "Cancel" if you change your mind.

The deleted SDS will appear under the 'Recently Archived' section. They will be saved in this section permanently, and you can retrieve them by contacting the BMIS staff.
