It's a good idea to periodically archive accounts belonging to instructors who are no longer actively providing test prep at your company. This can help prevent your portal from getting cluttered with defunct instructor accounts.  And because archived instructor accounts retain all their data, you can always "unarchive" an instructor account later if they decide to start taking test prep students again. 

Locate the instructor whose account you want to archive. Then click the "Action" icon on the instructor's card and select "Archive" from the dropdown menu.

Click "Archive Instructor" to confirm the action and archive the instructor's account 

REMEMBER: Archiving an instructor account will not result in the loss of any data. And the process can be reversed anytime if you decide to "unarchive" the instructor's account.

Select "instructors" from the menu. Then click "More Filters."

Click "Show Archived" to include archived instructor accounts in your search results below.

Locate the archived instructor account you want to "unarchive." Click the action icon (3 dots) in the top right corner of the instructor's account card. Then select "Unarchive" from the dropdown menu.
