As an Operative adding a Timesheet from the Web Page

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for operatives to add a timesheet from a web page. It covers everything from creating a new timesheet group to adding timesheets and notes. If you need to track your time and tasks efficiently, this guide will help you navigate the process easily.

Sign into app.ocuone.co.uk using your email and password.

From the homepage click the Timesheets link on the sidebar, shown below

Creating a New Timesheet Group

A Timesheet Group is created for each week, with individual timesheet lines for each job/project worked

Click "Create a new Timesheet Group" to start a new timesheet group

When adding a new timesheet, give the timesheet group a name.

Select who is the timesheet for, you should only be able to select yourself.

Select your name

To add a timesheet line, select 'Add Timesheet'

Fill in the timesheet details as below

The 'Type' is what type of work is being done, if it's a normal shift, a break, training, holiday ect.

Select the project you are working on.

If you are not adding time to a project you can leave this blank.

Select date from the calendar and add in a duration, as shown below

Give the timesheet line a title if you want to add more details

You can give the line a title so that you have more information

Add a category. This is the pay rate for the timesheet line is so you can pick basic, OT 1.33 ect

Click "Add Timesheet" if you want to add another line.

Fill in the details, as before.

When you have finished. Select Create Timesheet Group.

Adding a note to a Timesheet

Click "Add a Note here..." if you want to add more details or @ some to notify them.

If you want to notify someone, use the @ and from the dropdown find their name.

Click "Create Note" to send the notification or add the note

Saved Timesheets

All timesheets are saved as a draft, this means you can add and amend them at any point. When you are ready to submit you need to move the status to Pending.

When the timesheets are saved you can see how many are pending

Click "Timesheets" to have a look at the individual lines

Click into one if you want to view and amend the details. To amend the details, select Edit.

At anytime you want to go back click "Timesheets"

Viewing Timesheet Groups

Click "Timesheet Groups" view your all your Timesheet groups and what status they are in.

Click into one to view

When you are ready, you need to submit

From the Draft dropdown select Pending

If you select any of the other statuses, these will take you back to the home page as you do not have access to these.

The Timesheet group has now been submitted for approval

Before submitting, make sure you are happy as once you have done this you are unable to edit your timesheets unless they have been moved to Draft or Denied by either your Manager or Payroll.
