Access the "Masters" section by clicking on its link in the navigation bar

Enter the asset type name e.g Laptop,Car,Mobile 

After the successful creation of Asset Type we will be creating Asset against those Asset Types 

Enter the " Identification Number/Model Number "  

Check the " Taxable " box if your asset is taxable 

The toggle can  be used to indicate the condition of the asset.

Enter the Manufacturer Name ( Optional ) 

You can also attach an attachment e.g a receipt by clicking on the the action button 

Enter the Current Value of the Asset ( Compulsory ) 

Once we have successfully created an asset we can allocate the asset to the employees 

Select Employee you wish to allocate the asset t

Select the "Asset" that you would like to assign to the employee.

You can also attach document e.g Asset Handover Form 

Once you have allocated the asset to an employe the same asset cannot be allocated to another employee
