From the "Home" page, choose the asset you wish to review.

Clicking on the “Fleets” menu item will open a list of all fleets currently available to the user and they can be individually chosen

If the text (all) is displayed to the right of the “Fleets” menu item all Fleets have been selected. This filters the data shown on all pages for only the selected fleets. 

The map displays the most recent location of all units based on their last contact, which could be their last heartbeat or event.

You can zoom in and out of the map using the "+" and "-" buttons on the side.

Clicking on a cluster icon will zoom in to display all units within that cluster.

Please be aware that the cluster colors are not connected to the diagrams below. These colors are predetermined by Google Maps' default settings.

Hover your cursor over a pin to view the asset's name.

Click on the dropdown in the top right corner to change the time period for the data displayed on the page. 

There are various preset date ranges such as “All Time” or “Last Month” or you can enter a custom date range. 

This chart displays a breakdown of events detected within the selected time period. Clicking on an Arc Chart series will filter the Map and Vehicle Table below to show only the assets in that specific series.

Once you have selected the Event type, another graph will display above the Asset List with Event Sub-Types. Clicking on one of the Sub-Types will further refine the list.

This chart provides a breakdown of assets that require review by category. Selecting a series from the Arc Chart will filter the Map and Vehicle Table below, displaying only the assets in that series.


                    No Comms
                

The following statuses are assigned based on their corresponding triggers:

No Comms: The asset's last contact timestamp is over 7 days old.
Priority Needed: The asset has had over 5 confirmed events within the selected time period.
New Alerts: The asset experienced a new Fatigue or Distraction event within the last 10 minutes. Note that this event might not be classified yet by the monitoring center when the flag activates, as we display it upon receipt—it could be a false positive.

                    Needs Attention
                

Needs Attention is triggered when an Asset has a live Fault showing.

This chart is showing a breakdown of Event types outstanding on Assets. Clicking on one of the Bar Chart series will filter the Vehicle Table below it to only show Assets in that series. We take the aggregated data from each day's performance and look for faults that are prevalent over an extended period of time to ensure you are only chasing faults that are real, not just intermittent or present in a single heartbeat.

Below is the definition of each fault type:

FFC Fault

'FFC Streaming error' or 'FFC not present error' for more than the measured threshold over the last 7 days or 40 operating hours (whichever is greater).

FOV Fault

Field of View Event has occurred in the last 48 hours. 

GPS Fault

'GPS Not Detected' for more than the measured threshold over past 7 days or 40 operating hours (whichever is greater).

ICS Fault

'Buzzer Not Detected' or 'ICS Not Detected' for more than the measured threshold over past 7 days or 40 operating hours (whichever is greater).

IR Fault

'Infrared Fault' for more than the measured threshold over the past 7 days or 40 operating hours (whichever is greater).

PSU Fault

'PSU Fault' present for more than the measured threshold over the past 7 days or 40 operating hours (whichever is greater).

Vibration Fault

'Vibration Motor Fault' more than the measured threshold over the past 7 days or 40 operating hours (whichever is greater). 

At the bottom of the page, you will see a complete list of the vehicles available in the Fleet(s) selected, along with several other key pieces of information.

Clicking on one of the rows will take you to that Asset’s individual page. 

Click on the “Search” text and type the Equipment ID you are searching for. This Search Box only supports Equipment ID and displays the filters being applied to the table just below the Text Entry Area. 

You can export the displayed data by clicking on the "Export" option. The exported data will include the filters applied to the table, which are shown just below the Text Entry Area.

The refresh button (top right of the table) can be used to request new data.
