If you are conducting a study with EMR, you can decide how changes made during a visit are to be tracked. **Important**: You have a choice of two change tracking models: 1. From visit start 2. From visit completion (edit)

Go to "Trials".

Select trial by clicking on its name.

Select "Settings" in the bottom left corner.

Click "eSource" tab.

Go to "Version history" and decide how you want to track changes in the selected trial.

Click "Save"

During the process of adding a study, you will have the option to select a tracking model as well. It looks the same as the one shown above.
