The Ads opt out feature in Avast Online Security & Privacy lets you send opt-out requests to online advertisers.

Click on the **Avast Online Security & Privacy** extension

Click on **Ads opt out** icon

Ensure that the slider next to Opt out from all new advertisers is green (ON) if you want Avast Online Security & Privacy to automatically send opt-out requests to any new online advertisers. Click **Opt out** to send opt-out requests to online advertisers

Wait until the Opting out is in progress is complete

When complete, you will see only the message 'Successfully opted out from X advertisers' You might be prompted about another Avast product call BreachGuard, which you can find out more about by clicking Learn more.
