Within the BWoF module, Click "Portfolio Overview"

The Portfolio dashboard contains a number of information cards, showing a quick summary of the BWoF situation for the portfolio.

Click "View all" on a card to see a more details in table format, for example the BWoF status.

The BWoF Status summary table provides a sortable table of building information, including quick access to downloading key documents. Click on a document to download.

Tip! The whole table can be downloded to excel format by clicking on the 'Download" button at the top right of the table.

On the Specified Systems or 12A summary card, Click "View all" to access the Specified Systems summary table.

This table lists all the specified systems for each building, with quick access to key documents and a download link to download the whole table.

Click "View all" on upcoming inspection or overdue inspections to access the BWoF inspection summary table.

This table lists all the BWoF inspections for each building & specified system, with a download link to download the whole table.
