Please note only the authorized signer on the account can update the ticket. If the authorized signer is no longer at the organization, please contact us through our Merchant Services form.

Navigate to [https://www.cardpointe.com/account/#/dashboard](https://www.cardpointe.com/account/#/dashboard)

From the location drop-down box, click on the main (credit card) merchant account. If your organization uses Fiserv ACH, the bank account will be automatically updated. \

If your organization uses Jack Henry (ProfitStars) as their ACH processor you will need to create a seperate ticket. 

A confirmation box will ask you to verify if you are the signer. The signer must be the one logged in and completing the ticket. If another person opens the ticket but signs with the signers name, it will be declined.

Bank Account Change requests must be signed and submitted by the signer on the account. If you are not the signer on this account, your request will be denied upon review.

Click "Add Attachment" if you have a voided check or banking letter to submit for the new account. 

Ensure you fill out the last three boxes as well on the form. 

A CardConnect representative may reach out for additional information or documents for the new bank account. You may need to complete a DBA or signer change first. 

If nothing is required, the bank account change will occur between three to five business days.  Please keep this in mind if the old account is closing.
