Will my bidders receive a receipt upon payment? 

- Yes, as long as they have an email on file under Bidders &gt; Manage Bidders.
- Customize your receipt footer under Software Settings &gt; Auction Settings &gt; Custom Content.
- The contact information found under Software Settings &gt; Account Settings &gt; Contact Info will show up at the bottom of your bidder's receipts.

There are a few ways to send a bidder receipt,  which are detailed below.

You are also able to resend a receipt via the butler. To do this: 

Click the "Search for Bidder" field, and type in your bidder name or number

Click on the paper icon to print the statement, and the envelope to email the statement. 

Lastly, you are able to resend bidder receipts under Event Central &gt; Event Payments &gt; Unpaid Checkouts. 

Click on the paper icon to print and the envelope icon to resend the receipt.
