Fill out the registration form. **Use your linkblue @uky.edu email address for registration.** Click the Create an Account button.

Tip! If you have already registered for an account, click the Log in link.

Click the "Email Address" field.  Enter your linkblue email address and the password you used to create your Board Vitals account.

Once you are logged in you should see the test bank you need under Questions Bank.
