Click the image of the study room you want to book. More details about the room are available after you click one. 

Navigate to [https://lib.unb.ca/services/bookings/hwk](https://lib.unb.ca/services/bookings/hwk)

Or click "ALL Group Study Rooms" to see availability of all the study rooms, instead of choosing individual ones. 

From either the individual study room page or the list of all study rooms, select a date and start time that's showing as available (green blocks) to start booking a room.

Click this dropdown to select the length of time for your booking request.

Click "Submit Times", and continue following the prompts - you haven't booked the room yet!

Review the study room terms and conditions, then click "Continue"; keep going, you haven't booked the room yet!

Click "Submit my Booking" to finalize your request. You'll receive an email confirmation with more information. You'll need to check in before your booking time by clicking the "Check In" link in the email, or scanning the QR code in the study room. If you don't check in within 10 mins of your booking time it'll be cancelled. Use the confirmation email to cancel a booking in advance if necessary.
