    how to login the platform

    Navigate to [https://space.bookreen.com/user/signin](https://space.bookreen.com/user/signin)
    Navigate the [https://www.bookreen.com](https://www.bookreen.com) and enter username, password and verification code.

    Where do i see players usage?

    The number of devices used, active/passive status, expiration date, media usage area, and number are all visible on the Bookreen Platform's main screen. Furthermore, the player list can be filtered for a single device search.

    how do i edit my profile?

    The user may access my profile and change name, email address, address, password and NFC ID by clicking on ‘my profile’ in the management section of the Bookreen platform or by clicking on the avatar on the top of the right corner of the home page. Furthermore the user is able to view her/his role, number of players and media lists, recent login activities and tickets record on the same page.

    Navigate to [https://space.bookreen.com/admin/profile](https://space.bookreen.com/admin/profile)
    Click "Employees" from the Management Section.
    Click "Add User"
    Enter user name and surname
    Click the "[[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])" field and enter email address.
    Set up a password for the new user from the manage password section.
    To set role settings, select the role amount user roles.
    Please remember that, the platform interface will be changed by choosing a role.
    To set device management which the user is able to use, select the device group amount device groups.
    Click "Save" button which top of right corner.

    Click "Management"
    Click "Companies"
    Click "New Company"
    Enter company name.
    Click the "[[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])" field and enter the company admin mail address.
    Select language.
    Select timezone.
    Click "Licences"
    Click 'Package' dropdown and select package type.
    Click "Save"

    Click "Management"
    Click "Companies"
    Click the "Search:" field.
    Type "acme" as an example.
    Click the edit link from the action.
    Click timezone dropdown and change timezone.
    Double-click the "Default: 0:00" field and customize working hours and lunch break time.
    Type time such as "8"
    Click the "Default: 23:59" field.
    Type end time such as "18.30'' as an example.
    Or click the clock icon to set.
    Select time.
    To finish it, click "Update" button.
    Click "Success! Company information has been updated."

    Click the 'Name' field and enter the department name.
    Click "Select" and select the manager amount users.
    Set the office density limit numbers for the department.

    Set the booking limits.
    Click the 'Nearest Booking' and then 'Furthest Booking' dropdown and select one of the lists.
    Set room for the department by choosing location such as click "London / A Block / 1.Floor / Meeting Room 1"
    Set desk for the department by choosing a location such as clicking "Ankara / Kızılay / Kızılay - 1. Floor / DESK 10034" same as rooms.
    Click "Save"
    Click "Success! Department has been added."

    Click "Management"
    Click "My Company"
    Click "New Status"
    Click the 'Name' field to enter name of status.
    Click the 'Description' field and enter the status explanation. This field is optional.
    Click this file field and select image for the status.
    Click here and set status active or passive.
    Click "Add Feature" if you want to. This part is optional.
    Click the 'Select' dropdown and amount of options.
    Click the "Type the feature" field to give a name.
    Type feature details such as " What is your reason?" as an example.
    Click the 'Select' dropdown and select required or not.
    Click "Save"

    Click the 'Building' dropdown and select building.
    Click the 'Floor' dropdown and select floor.
    Click "Show Floor Plan" button.
    Click this icon to zoom the floor plan.
    Click one of the amount desks to see details.
    To see the specific desk, select from the list left side.

    Click "Office Booking"
    Click calender icon to select date.
    Select date such as "8" as an example.
    Click "Custom" to choose a specific location if you want to select a specific location.
    Please remember that the user can choose other options such as 'my department', 'my office', and 'near to person'.
    Click the 'Campus' dropdown to select campus.
    Click the 'Building' dropdown and select building.
    Click the 'Floor' dropdown and select floor.
    Click "Close" to save it.
    Click "Custom" to select a specific time if you want to.
    Please remember that the user can choose other options such as 'all day', 'morning', or 'afternoon'.
    Click the 'Check- in' field and enter check in time.
    Click "30 Min" or other times to select duration.
    Or user can choose the time by entering time.
    Click "Close" to save filters.
    Click the "Search" button to display available desks.
    Click "List Desks" button.
    Click "Book" button.
    You can arrange your booking requirements by filling in the box in the sentences below.
    You can arrange the other requirements fill the check box below the ' Related Bookings'
    If you want to park a reservation, select the location amount list.
    Click "Book" button.

    To set features, first click the seating plan dropdown and select seating plan.
    Click equipments dropdown and select equipment.
    Fill the services check box to choose service.
    Click "Search" to see the available room lists.
    Click "Book" after choosing the place.
    Click the "Ex: Genel Kurul Toplantısı" field to enter the name of meeting.
    Click the 'Before(min), and 'After(min)'' fields and set the meeting check-in/out time before starting.
    Type such as "10" for before and after time as an example.
    Click "Select Image" to set image for the meeting.
    Click "Select" to choose image from the platform gallery.
    Click the "Search" field to add internal participant.
    Type the participant email address.
    Click the mail address which displays on screens: "Melih :: [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])"
    Click "Add"
    Click "Save"
    Click "The operation was successful."
