To find the exam question bank first open the Admin menu and click "Manage Exams".

Click "Questions" on the left side panel to go to your institution's exam question bank.

Questions are organized in folders created by your institution's Elentra administrators. You will default to the top level folders view. Click on a folder title to view its sub-folders and questions therein.

Subfolders will display in the folder index.  Questions in the selected folder will display in a table or card view below the index.

When in the table view, you can see more details of each question and its previous versions using the magnifying glass icon, and arrow icon respectively.  To change the view of the questions, toggle the table or card view selector at the top left of the question table.

When in the card view, you can access more details of each question by clicking the eye icon and arrow icons.  To open additional details for all questions in view, click the eye icon at the top of the questions list.

Note: Faculty users will see the Actions menu & it will appear functional, but it will display an error if a faculty member attempts to move or delete question(s) they are not permitted to edit.

Once opened, the question details will display below. Details include the question type, description, rationale, and the folder it is stored in. You will also see any curriculum tags that have been mapped to the question.

Optionally, find questions using the simple search by typing in the search box. You can also use the Advanced Search features to search for questions by curriculum tag, permissions, or exams it is on.
