"Enable Agree Modal" is a feature that protects you from the customer. It will appear before check out and operates as a customer signature saying they own copyrights, are responsible for the quality of the art and separates DTF ink mishaps from you.

When they go to check out they will see your agreement to purchase here "By checking this box, you agree that you have full rights or own this artwork. You also agree that you understand that the images uploaded are correct and the printer is not responsible for any differences in color or artwork quality." field.

They can not  "Add to Cart & Exit" unless they agree to your terms and conditions.
