You have the option to enable background warning ON/OFF

The Customer will select "Upload Image(s)"

If they don't want to use the tool EVER they can select "Don't show again"

Don't show again
Discard
Continue
Remove Background

"Continue" if they don't want to delete any background.

Select "Remove Background" to use the tool
