Click "Chief 360 Training Dashboard" to add content to your new Dashboard Configuration

The Chief 360 Dashboard operates in two distinct modes to keep personnel informed and prepared:

- **Operations Mode**
- **Emergency Mode**

**Operations Mode** – This mode provides real-time situational awareness during normal operations, displaying Active Incidents, Weather Forecast and Radar, Upcoming Events, and other relevant station updates.

**Emergency Mode** – When the agency is dispatched for an incident, the display automatically shifts to Emergency Mode, prioritizing critical response information to support operational readiness and decision-making.

Click "Alert Modes" to configure the Emergency Mode

If your agency is NOT using the Responder functionality within the mobile app, please select Black/White - No Responders

Click the Alert Mode type to customize to your needs

Black/White - Highly Readable - Includes Who is Responding with ETA, Incident Map, Count Down Timer, Nature, Address, and Location (i.e.. Burgur King, Walmart, etc.)

Modify any of the settings you would like

Click "Pages" to configure the Operations Mode

Operations Mode includes multiple content modules to choose from

Next you will learn how to enable the Live Call Board

Click "Choose Page" for whichever module yo would like to

Click "Live Call Board" to complete the configuration

Identify the sequence (order) you would like the module to appear during Operations Mode

Enter the number of seconds you would like the content to display (15-20 seconds is recommended)

Click the checkbox for each agency you would like displayed
