Following the steps below you will be able to apply actions to multiple Service Requests at one time. The actions that may be available to you include: Approve, Archive, Deny, Export as PDF, Remove on Hold, Reopen, Reroute, Prioritize, and Update Schedule.

Navigate to <https://app.servusconnect.com/app> and log in.

Now that you are here you will have the opportunity to work in the "Bulk Actions" drop down, once you select one or more requests. You can select requests two ways.

If you click in the top box next to "Unit" you will select or deselect all items on the page.

Or you can individually select items on the page by checking the box next to the Service Request(s) that you want to work with.

Now that you have selected the requests that you want to work with. Click on the drop down carrot in the "Bulk Actions" box.

Once the Bulk Actions box is open, you will be able to select from any of the actions that apply to all the service requests you have chosen. If an action that you wish to perform is not available to you then be sure that you have marked the correct requests to work with.

Click on the action that you are wanting to preform.

You will get one more confirmation box.  Once you click save here then that action will take place for all of the selected service requests.
