Give the first account a **Name**, and then enter the **Tickers/Values** for that account.

Make sure each row has the same **Name** (if it belongs to that account).

Continue this process until all of the accounts for that Prospect are inputted into the spreadsheet.

Last step, you will want to fill out the **Account Number** for each Account. **Note:** If you are unsure of the Account Number, simply number each account (i.e. 1, 2, 3, etc.). See the images below for an example!

Make sure you use the same number for the specific account **(i.e. The account Named Brokerage will have 1 next to it for each row)**

Repeat this process for the other accounts.

Save the file as a CSV once you've finished adding the accounts.

Navigate back to StratiFi & click "**Bulk Update**"

Once the file is processed, you will see the pop up in the top-right corner. Click "**Review Results**"

Click "**Go to (Advisor's Name) profile**"

Finally, click the "**+**" icon for the new accounts and wait for the PRISM scores to calculate.
